Questions churches ask
Will people get texts they did not sign up for?
No. Every member opts in and confirms. They can pause any topic, and replying STOP stops messages immediately. We follow standard SMS consent and opt-out rules.
Does the AI make up Bible verses?
Never. Every verse comes from a verified, public-domain Bible text. The system can explain and apply Scripture, but it cannot invent, paraphrase as quotation, or mis-cite a passage.
Is what members share kept private?
Yes. Sensitive topics are private by default. Staff see only what a member chooses to share, and you control your church privacy settings.
What if someone is in real distress?
Welloa Faith is not an emergency or counseling service and does not replace pastoral or professional care. When serious concerns come up, it responds with care, points people to real help, and flags it for your team to follow up.
Who owns our data?
Your church does. You can export your members, messages, and donation records at any time.
Do we need a tech team to run this?
No. Setup is designed for a ministry assistant, not an engineer. You can launch your first Daily Walk in an afternoon.
Can our Bible teachers actually teach on it?
Yes — teachers get a profile, a schedule, and a built-in video room for classes, studies, and discipleship.
Can we accept donations through it?
Yes — online and offline (cash, check, card), with fund designations, receipts, and year-end statements. Your accounting can stay in your existing tools.
