The Millennium and the End of Sin

The millennium is the thousand-year reign of Christ with His saints in heaven, between the first and second resurrections. During this time the wicked dead will be judged; the earth will be utterly desolate; Satan will be confined to it. At its close, Christ with His saints and the Holy City will descend, the unrighteous dead will be resurrected, and after the final judgment fire will purify the earth.

Revelation 20:4

I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as didn't worship the beast nor his image, and didn't receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with Christ for the thousand years.
