The Life, Death, and Resurrection of Christ

Christ's perfect life, atoning death, and bodily resurrection are the only means of our reconciliation with God. Whoever accepts this atonement by faith may have eternal life. By His death He revealed God's love and condemned sin in the flesh.

Romans 5:8

But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
